Help with btconnect email address

colin731

Can anybody help please,

For many many years I've had a btconnect.com email address, for convenience I long ago redirected that email address to a new email, I'm now finding I'm no longer receiving emails and unfortunately I don't know where to login to the original account, I've tried the various methods via Outlook 365 and the BT business hub.. but the response is invariable either password incorrect or email address not recognised.

I don't have any services from BT but – I've used this email address for many many years, and I can't believe that they would simply disconnect it without at least trying to contact me or issuing any warnings.

Any help would be much appreciated – thank you

Hi colin731

Can you please send over a private message with the btconnect email address in question? The terms and conditions stipulate:
BT Business Email Lite powered by Microsoft Office 365

5.14.1 BT may, without notice delete any email account (including a sub-account), Mailbox and associated content and terminate the Service if the account has not been accessed for any continuous period of 90 days. BT will not be liable to you where the deletion or termination results in your failure to perform any of your obligations under the Contract.
