How to keep btconnect email address

Hi. We are closing our business therefore do not need our broadband/phone line, but would like to keep access to our email addresses, which apparently we can't do? Is there a work around this? I'm not very tech savvy so please keep it simple :). thanks

No, you are not able to keep your btconnect email addresses if you cancel the BT Business broadband it's linked to.
