I have an old btconnect email address, which I still use, although this dates back to when I was self-employed and used to have a BT business account (which I no longer am/have).
The email is set up fine on my iphone and use it on there, but it stopped working on my laptop from Outlook some time ago.
I do have a Gmail account also, but I don't like it very much and would prefer to continue using my btconnect email via Outlook.
Is it OK for me to still be using this, even though I am no longer a business customer? I was informed when my business account ended many years ago that this was fine, but this was over 10 years ago now.
If it is ok, can someone please tell me how to set it up on my Outlook? I have the old Incoming/Outgoing mail server settings but these no longer work.

You can no longer use BTconnects in a mail client. Please read this post about how to access your BTconnect mailbox.
