Hi Guys we are locked out of one of our @btconnect.com outlook email accounts, it seems the emails requesting authentication were regarded as spam ( as some of them were) and deleted and now Microsoft says " your account has been locked contact your support person to unlock it", we have no support person how on earth do we get round this and get access to the account

Hi Beth, yes but not with the locked account as soon as we go to email we end up at a Microsoft login which locks us out. We have a couple of btconnect.com addresses and one of them is fine and works as it should.

I also have an issue of being locked out of an account....my wifes email address is jaxmcm@btconnect.com and we are in an endless loop to try and get the password reset. It keeps saying our administrator has been informed but there is no admin.
There were three email ids generate on an old IBM business account many years ago, mjmcm@btconnect.com was the parent id, with mcjmcm@btconnect.com for me and Jaxmcm@btconnect.com
mjmcm was never used as an email id, just to manage the account and we can't access it anymore. I still use my mcjmcm and my wife uses hers but somehow it has become locked and we just can't get it unlocked....are you able to help me/her ???
