Hi Guys we are locked out of one of our @btconnect.com outlook email accounts, it seems the emails requesting authentication were regarded as spam ( as some of them were) and deleted and now Microsoft says " your account has been locked contact your support person to unlock it", we have no support person how on earth do we get round this and get access to the account

Hi Beth, yes but not with the locked account as soon as we go to email we end up at a Microsoft login which locks us out. We have a couple of btconnect.com addresses and one of them is fine and works as it should.
