My wife and I have kept our btconnect.com email addresses for over 20 years after closing our business account.
They have continued to work well for us through Outlook for all that time. Mine still works but hers has just stopped working, so she can neither send nor receive emails. Nor can we access them via webmail. Initially the password was not accepted and I managed to change that, but still we can't access them. She badly needs access as her business depends on it...!
Please can anyone help us...?
