I have a BTConnect.com mail but for about six months I have been unable to access.
We have called BT Business but got nowhere. Called Microsoft but got no where.
I was able to forward mail to google mail account but now am getting mail box full mails from microsoft exchange?
I ask to reset password on bt business site but it forwards to 'admin'?
Who is this mysterious admin?
Can someone please help me access my account and help sort out this debarkle before mails start being stopped, please
I understand the Outlook is no longer supported, and have tried endlessly to use and set up the 365 Outlook, but form May last year nothing new!!!

As I understand it, this is all to do with Microsoft removing POP3. If you are on a computer then you have to log in using a web browser, if you are on an iPhone (In my experience) Downloaded the Outlook app and can see emails there. Once there forward manually emails to wherever.
