Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]

Hi

We was trying to install Wordpress to attempt to build a new site. In the end we built one using the BT webbuilder. 

Pressed publish only theres nothing there now - the new site is gone and no new site either. Left with this error message Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004]

Any advice would be appreciated
