Office 365 Granular admin

Pay for office 365 through BT & have received an email requesting that  if we want to continue working with BT , we need to ask them to send us a new Granular admin relationship request.

What is this & how do we request it?

Okay but how do I "reach out to BT" to request them to send out a new GDAP relationship request?
