Unable to manage services via dashboard: page is unresponsive

I am just trying to configure my service but the dashboard at https://secure.business.bt.com/ManageService/Dashboard.aspx

is unresponsive and generally times out.

 

Is this a common issue?

I've had exactly this today. I've tried various devices, different browsers. I'm using the correct userID - I noted that last time round. Times out every time.

I was advised by the BT Business Domain Name Services Team to clear my web browsers cache, cookies, etc . I did this and could access the dashboard and manage our domain.
