I am trying to trying to transfer/keep my @btconnect.com email address as I am leaving BT business broadband for another supplier.
I am told by the BT business lady this is not possible but I have read online that you can if you pay for it or take a package.
Help please.

It depends if it is an entirely separate account, I would recommend discussing this with our Sales team to see what they can advise.

The agent you spoke to is correct, you can not retain btconnect emails. You can retain btinternet emails I believe (or you used to be able to at least), which is separate and for domestic customers.
What about if its transferred to another BT business account?
