Having a problem with the BT BUISNESS App, can't for the life of us remember our password, so using the reset password link on the app.. go through process of answering security questions entering one use pin numbers sent to my mobile then get through to the final screen where it says enter new password here, then next box says re-enter new password here. Then press continue... the BT BUISNESS app then throws a fault screen and it doesn't go through... changed from mobile data to WiFi.. still doesn't work.. deleted the app and re-installed the app ... still doesn't work always the same result... all the way through the process for the app to fall over itself at the last screen and throw up an error screen..
Please help.. we just want to pay the bill...lol

I'm sorry you're having issues with the app, if you try to reset your password via the website does this work ok?
