Dear BT,
I have been having a problem with my business mobile phone for almost two weeks now with no resolution in site!! My data stopped working 2 weekends ago and BT one phone cannot tell me why this has happened. After chasing for a week they have now sent me a new SIM but this doesn't work either.
When I ask to speak to customer service they say that they will escalate the problem and someone will call me back - not one person has called me back yet!!
Please help!!!!
