Trying to get ordinary DECT handset to work with BT Business Smart Hub 2 is failing at the first hurdle as I can't get the BT Digital Voice Adaptor to pair with the hub. I have plugged it out and in again and I have switched the hub off and on again.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. Adaptor will not pair with the Business Smart Hub 2. I'm using the CVE service.
Is there anyone who can help with this otherwise the adaptor is going back to BT.
