BT EXPERT engineer came to switch my dental practice from Analogue phone to digital .
I had the new BT Smart hub 3 router and BT Cisco phone they sent. He CUT OFF my analogue without getting my digital cloud voice working. He said it was someone in India that was to blame couldnt do anything an left.
NOW I HAVE NO WORKING TOMAKE OR RECIEVE CALLS.
Can anyone in BT help !!!!

Success got an email to tell me my phone number was added to my Cloud voice.My Bt Cisco desktop phone wouldn't work but Lady I called in India I think managed to get that working also.
Unfortunately I sent out many hundreds of letters out to patients in my dental practice telling them to call my giffgaff mobile number.
They will get them by the end of this week or begining of next
Anyway it's going to be confusing for patients but didn't know if we would ever get it working.Its a shame BT couldn't switch on the digital line on before they cut our analog phone off save us all the stress it has caused our staff . Extra work the last few days sending out letters to our patients.
