We’re struggling to get our number transferred to our preferred supplier due to a second request, that has been cancelled, appears to be lingering in BT’s systems.
We have been advised by our new provider that due to a second request being requested and then cancelled, the original order must be stuck somewhere within BTs system(s).
I have been advised to ask if BT can raise a ‘bridge-case’ to close the open activity? If this fails, can BT raise an ORDI request.
Good luck with BT. Based on their performance with my very simple and similar problem, it simply will not happen. I have raised countless complaints and keep getting told they are investigating.
