BT Versatility is saying programming refused

Hi all,

Does anyone know why when we go to access the versatility to re-programme something it would say programming refused?

Ah, never mind!

Managed to sort problem, had to default system which is not for the faint hearted but works a treat now!

If anyone else is having issues - hope this solution works for you too!!
