Hi We have just gone digital and the engineer has installed the new Bt smart hub 3 .Everything is working Ok But my father who is the main user of the phone cannot use it because he has bad eyesight and the buttons are to small..
We would like to use our old large button phone..So I have just purchased a BT digital voice adapter..However I have just read that it wont work on the Smart Hub 3?????.Yet if I had smart hub 2 that would be ok.
How will I be able to use the old phone with big button?..My father can't see the buttons so he has not been able to ring anyone back customers back ..Very Frustrating....
