So for 2 months our main telephone number cannot be reached when dialing from a normal landline. Weekly conversations instigated by us with the indian call centre, follow the normal script we are so sorry it is with the tier 2 team we are working on your issue will cannot transfer to anyone higher up the chain always being fobbed off and never any communication back. escalated today with you can no longer call us using a mobile or a landline. Its like the phone line is disconnected and we've gone out of business. We cannot get a telephone number to speak to anyone in the uk and we keep paying monthly phone bills for what and we are under contract until 2027. the customer service is none exstitant.
Any help with a telephone no or contact who can help us get off this groundhog day event, would be much appreciated.
A retired BT engineer who is a good customer of ours says the fault is with the STD transfer but no body wants to know!!!!
