We had a new business line installed last week. The old number was not patched over in time so a temporary number was given and is saved to the Yealink W73H handset. We have had the number patched over today but cannot get incoming or outgoing calls, I checked the handset and it still says it is assigned to the old number. We have re-booted the phone and the base station independently, to no avail. What can be done? Thanks
