Caller display has stopped working on our business phone line. The fault has been raised 3 times already. Each time they do a remote line test, try *#234#, cease and re-activate the caller ID feature and close the fault. I've tried escalating via live chat - same thing. I asked to escalate it to an engineer call out, but they ended the chat. Still no further forward. I've read on this forum that its a fault at the cabinet and needs fixing there (that took the poor customer 8 months to resolve). I've raised it as a complaint and got a complaint reference but I'm no further forward. Any other ideas??
