Cloudvoice Call Number Blocking

We are able to block certain incoming numbers at User level using 'Selective Call Rejection' but I can't work out how to block numbers at a Site level. Is there any way to do this? - I can't find anything in the Portal.

Similar to on a user level "Selective Call Rejection" can be used on call routing groups: Auto Attendants, Call Centres and Hunt Groups if you have the correct licence for this i.e. "Plus". This allows access to the Features tab for that call routing group and there is a feature called "Selective Call Rejection" same as the user level. This can be configured the same.

 

Otherwise, you can block numbers at site level via the feature "Calling Rules". Inside Calling Rules you can setup a "Digit string" including the number that you require to block and then restrict this under the "Digit Plans" inside the Calling Rules feature. This will restrict the number site wide.
