Configure Polycom VVX101

Hello,  first time noob....

 

We recently moved from Sky Business to BT Business and now have a Hub 3.   Previous handsets worked with the Sky hub (digitally) fine, now they don't want to play with the BT hub and I've read many versions of how you can / can't use the Hub port that comes covered over by the sticker and how ultimately BT just want you to spend more money on new kit.

 

However we've also some Polycom handsets from a previous VOIP install that in theory, I think, should work with the new digital cloud voice thingy just fine - my question is if that's the case, how do you configure them to do so?
