Contacting someone in Tech Support at BT

BT have failed miserably in transferring our business line to digital, we have now been without a working phone for 3 weeks. In seem to have spent 2 hours most days going round in circles trying to find a UK based person who can help. I have been given what is supposed to be details of a local Sales team but when you actually get to speak to the manager there to ask about getting the problem escalated, it turns out they are just a third party call centre and don't actually work for BT.
