Hi, we are experiencing a high pitch screeching on calls intermitantly on both inbound and externally initiated calls.
We have contacted our service provider directly and they insist nothing can be done until BT have concluded a 6 working day investigation, however this is starting to have a serious business implication for us.
Please can you advise.

Hi daffyducksie,
I would advise to go back to your service provider to esclate the issue, as if you are getting noise on internal calls that would indicate an issue with the phone system not the lines.
