How do I do proper telephone line checks? 

Checking the wiring if you’re having issues with your phone can often solve or help pinpoint the issue. Here’s a link to a help article on how to check your internal phone wiring. 

 

How do I divert calls? 

With the Call Diversion feature, you can forward your calls by dialling the call divert codes from your phone. Here’s a link to set up a telephone divert. If you have an ongoing fault and want your calls diverted in the meantime, you can request this online by following this guide here.  

 

Why do I have to move my analogue phone line to a digital line? 

Openreach are switching off the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) by the end of January 2027. We are advising all our business customers to be moved over to a digital solution by the end of 2025. You can find more information about this here.
