I thought posting on this forum would possibly offer me some Help, but after over. 160 views, I have had no reply from BT?

I am now on week 2 with no phone lines.

I was left no alternative, but to look for another provider, and can’t believe this, but BT have cancelled my order with them and will not release my telephone number.

Can someone please come back to me?

You’ve just sent me down the same rabbit hole!

I need an actual e-mail address to directly speak to someone, who could sort this, without it being “escalated” with the assurance that someone will call me back and they don’t.

I need confirmation that you won’t cancel my order with my new provider, as you did last time, without any contact with me.

Hi, I’m not getting the option to send a private message.  I have a complaint no: IMP-142347585, someone has tried to call me, but conveniently says they can’t hear me!

i also eventually had a call fr a BT Business manager - Jamie Fitzpatrick, but he just said he will speak to his Manager, this was last Monday 10th Feb. I now also have no access to my online account, as it is coming up “inactive”.  My phone line still has not been connected. I am on week 4, with no active phone line
