Hello, I hope someone can assist please. I am trying to turn off Call Minder on our BT cloud voice line but there are no instructions how to do this anywhere - it's not even in the call minder user guide and there is no option to cancel in the menus on 1571! I seem to have been through every menu on the cloud voice portal but I'm probably not looking in the right place! Any ideas please would be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Hello there! I have (by happy accident) found the solution hooray!! It was confusing me that 'Call Minder' isn't actually a 'thing' on the cloud voice portal - look for 'Voicemail' ... if you click through from the dashboard to 'users' and then select the user number on which you want to change the settings; from there, click on 'features' in the left hand menu and then scroll down to 'voicemail settings' (under the heading messaging & audio recordings); click the gear icon to manage the settings and there's a toggle box to turn mailbox on and off. Hope this helps!!
