Hi. I need to report an intermittant fault on our business phone which was taken to the cloud some time ago. I have a BT account but when I try to register a fault online I am asked for numbers off an invoice which I don't have. I get an email saying my bill is ready but when I try to log on off that email I can't. When I try to look for invoices on my BT account it says there are no Phone numbers associated with the account so its impossible to notify anyone. Help please!
