So I find out that BT have taken payment for a cloud based phone for Years. I have tried to cancel it at least ten times, each time I am told "dont worry it will definitely be taken off the bill next time" yet every month its back on the Bill.
Are we actually talking to real people on the chat? I dont think so, so I actually called them on the phone, spoke to a chap from Liverpool who assured me it would be sorted. And yet again today it is on the bill and the robot chat tells me "there is no sign that it's ever been cancelled" What can I do? Its £24 for Years tray have taken each month
Lad from Liverpool was quick to sign us up for new broadband though! That arrived no problem but the phone is still connected!!
