I had a cold call in August sending me an email with bt cloud and Internet on it. i was told that due to line changes I needed this , I made sure I went through everything on the phone and he said it was a special offer for this month only as it was cheaper than what I had I said yes. I went on holiday and was called and text to get the contract signed I was away so just replied that I hope it's the same as what we talked about the reply was yes. I admit I didn't read it as on holiday and he pushed it had to be done by end of day . I had already got a broadband and line from bt that I took up for my business in Jan 23 I asked him if this replaced it he said yes., due to the new digital lines. Since then I have been charged leaving fees on one account and a new account opened and its more than he said. I admit I really should of read the terms but when someone from bt phones you and tells you you need to change you believe them I have been in contact with bt since October complaints department who just say you signed its tough but as I have called every week for months Trying to sort this out I don't feel that's good enough. I have signed in to a bt cloud phone doesn't include Internet even though the original email he sent me does . Bt just say I didn't have to sign it but I feel I was under so much pressure with him keep contacting me . I have been a bt customer for 25 years never had this in my life thought I was savy but obviously not I have all emails all texts its really affecting me and one else I just can't get anywhere I don't see why I should have to go through this

I have already spoke to them today they say you signed it tough it's my word against his . The email he sent is very misleading it includes cloud and internet
