My old business landline and related email

Hi I hope you can help

Between 2000 and 2011 I had a business landline 020 8255 2419

I also had business email      shaftesburyarms@btopenworld.com.  I left this business at the end of 2011 and the account closed. Aside from the business line and email - I had a personal email address and set up a personal email in the name of a staff member styled - ninashafters@btinternet.com, or so we believe.

My old staff member is anxious to resurrect her old email but we are unable to access it.

Are you able to confirm that the staff member's email address is either closed, active or was ever correctly set up in the first place.
