My post here has disappeared

Yesterday I placed a post regarding my landline which is not working.  I described how the chat operator terminated the call for no reason other than I had a gmail email address.

The post is no longer here on the forum. Has somebody deleted it?

Also, I cannot log into my account.

I just want a working phone. Please can a human contact me?
