No phone lines since changing to BT!

I moved to BT Local Business through my absolute trust in BT.  I requested a broadband router with ATA facilities (it transpires a separate ATA is now necessary as the supplied BT Business Smart Hub 3 does not carry an internal ATA as did its predecessor 'Smart Hub2').

Yesterday, we received the router and Open Reach connected it.  We have broadband.  But we were not supplied with the promised ATA, specifically configured as I requested, nor did we receive a WiFi extender that was also supposed to be included.

Without the ATA, we have no business phones!  I am determined to retain our analogue phones because these have worked perfectly including via SoGEA with our previous provider.  For a one person business they combine useability with simplicity, a facility not found with the new VOIP handsets - although many seem not to realise this fact.

As an interim measure, I would have expected our phone lines to be temporarily ported to our business mobile - but despite my urgent requests, this has still not happened.

Of course, we will need the ATA as a matter of urgency, also the WiFi extender.  But first things first.  What I need is a proper conversation and clear explanation regarding all this, together with a rapid porting of our two landline numbers so that business calls can temporarily be received, at least on the mobile, despite our woeful 4G signal here.

My past experience with another VOIP provider threw up issues, but I have to say they were responsive from a technical viewpoint.  My short experience with BT Local Business is, frankly, of great concern.   I'm hoping someone with a heart from BT will see this as a plea for help and reward this customer for his trust in them.
