I need to get the ORDI information updated for an installation as it is currently incorrect.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I have been on leave the past 2 weeks - the forum should have been covered but I apologise that you did not get a reply. In rterms of getting this info changed you would have to contact us. The best bet if it is in regards to an open installation would be our Provisioning team who you can get on 0800 800 152. They should be able to get the ball rolling on getting that amended.
