I have two separate landlines at the same address. Line A with BT Business and Line B with another provider. I have transferred the line B to another provider. However, this has generated a cease on line A, currently with BT Business and the transfer of line B has happened on line A. BT Business have generated an order to reinstate the services on line A, and I hope the services will be back asap as it affects my business.
I'm just wondering what will happen if the provider replace the order on line B and then re-generates a cease order on line A? Is that an error in the cabinet or exchange due to Openreach?
Has anyone witnessed anything like this?
