I have an outstanding complaint with BT Business as they have not fixed my telephone line in the agreed timescale I have as a Priority Customer. Most of April I was without a telephone and despite promises of calls back and action to compensate no one has actually returned any calls as promised.
When I attempt to get an update I am unable to do so as my telephone has yet to be updated from analogue to digital. However BT Business have already updated their online system so all I get is a message telling me there is a fault everytime I log onto my account.
Added to this the team who are supposed to be updating the telephone lines dont know howto resolve mine from analogue todigital and as no one ever returns the calls that they have promised todoso I am all at sea trying to sort things out.
Does anyone know of an email adress where i can send my complaint and get an actual person to resolve both my outstanding complaint ans the one I wish to make regarding the complete non service i have had from the telephone line updating team?
