Is there a way to request a new telephone pin online?

I never received one at the beginning of my contract as my email address was noted incorrectly over the phone....

Hope you are well. You can reset the PIN yourself but the issue is you would need to be aware of the existing PIN firstly to do so. I would recommend calling us on 0800 800 154 and speaking to someone in the tech team. They can validate you and then should be able to assist you with resetting this.
