I've signed up to BT Business Full Fibre 150 Essential + Digital line with CVE
I entered my business phone number during the order process and that I want to keep it. But there is no mention of my phone number in any correspondence since.
I'm frightened my phone number will disappear on switch over (currently on talk talk FF with digital line)
I've had my number for over 30 years and is easy to remember for customers.
Also, I know I'll have the CVE app for my mobile for calls but can I connect a compatible phone to the new router as well.

In regards to handsets, you can purchase a handset from us to use. It has to be supplied by us.
