I signed the BT business contract, and they said they would port my old number to a new location that is only 2 shops further down, but today some lady rang from BT and said they will not be able to port the number, it's like my 15-year-old number. I have spoken to Sky and they said the number is portable BT needs to pay some sort of fee and they need to send the porting request without 0044 at the beginning., sky never received any request from BT regarding the porting number etc!!! Spoken to BT about 5 times and everyone came up with a different answer!! Does anyone know what's the exact producer to port my number to BT? Thanks

If the service is moving to BT Business then a number port request would need to be processed by the team at BTs end.
