We are retiring and closing our small business, so have cancelled our BT business broadband and land line bundle. Wanting now to switch to a residential broadband/landline contract, and ideally keep our landline number. Problem is suppliers such as Sky or Vodafone are not able to pick up the business account details to effect a switch. (Even when we choose BT and input our business account number) One option is just to proceed as though we have no existing broadband (would then lose the option to keep our landline number). Is there a way to keep our existing landline?
Just to say our BT Business account is still active, and will be for about 3 weeks
