BT has notice to us saying that if our business is using health care alarms, we need to let them know because these devices will be affected when the traditional landline is switched to the cloud. Their notice asks us to call 0800 121 7445 to register but the agent there transferred me to another department. The one who answered the call gave me another number. I called that number but the agent said she can't help.
I have already followed the guide given by BT but it does not work. What should I do?

The advisor asked me to send the details to manage.enquiry@bt.com. However, it is bounced back. It said this email address is invalid. Who can give help on this? The health alarm setting is very crucial. We don't it will be affected during line switching.
