Terrible Service

Help help help, 

3 weeks and no phone line, on the phone most days, pulling my hair out, I get assured every day that it will be fixed, I don’t know where to turn. I’m fed up of having to phone up and having to take 30 mins to explain my situation and verify, then being told it will be fixed soon and not getting a return call as promised. 
tomorrow I will be contacting Ofcom.
