My company has been on Cisco Call Manager for like 5 years or so and in that time we've moved to Microsoft 365 Enterprise and all that. I'm looking at moving us off Cisco phone system and onto Teams Business Voice. The issue now is the MSP/reseller company we were working with (have had other projects in the past with them) says the scope is a little outside their ability so they would utilize one of their partners and they gave me a ballpark price of $90,000 for the project. That seems a little high to me for something like this.
Has anyone else migrated from Cisco CM to Teams Business Voice? What was that like and what was your cost (not including the per user license fees)?
