Since moving over to BT one phone 6 months ago we have nothing but problems, The 2 desk phones do not work and never have, We have had replacements but they also do not connect. We have been told its the mast the signal etc but the fact is we have no 3/4G. We are getting passed around, Being told a complaint has been raised but no reference number given, The person we are told is dealing with it can only be contacted via an e mail address which they arent replying to, What do we do??
