Hi all, wondering if anyone can assist with a long term issue we've been having since migrating from BT Cloud Voice?
About 6 months ago we migrated from BT Cloud Voice to another telecom provider, we retained leased line and broadband failover with BT.
Our phone number was ported to the new provider but after some investigation it seems we can only receive calls originating outside the BT network. Any calls made to us from either BT Cloud Voice or EE mobiles seem to stay routed on net with BT and the caller gets a 'not in service' message or alike.

It sounds like your number did not fully port over. This is something your new provider will need to assist with.
