We have a BT One Phone where we are unable to get any sensible support and have wasted hours on calls.
NO one can find our account manager ( Mr M Wali)!
In my last call I implored the lady (who I assume was overseas, as she said she didn't have access to the system to connect me with anyone else), to get someone more senior to call me back, but to no avail!
We have had phones down all morning, but no one can seem to tell us why , we cant get our answer messages .
Our customers are calling in completely confused.
The system is not fit for purpose!
We offer a help line in the healthcare sector where we recover elderly, seriously ill and less able people who breakdown on their equipment, such as scooters and wheelchairs, or whos equipment fails such as hoists, etc., so to have a phone system that is not working is not an option!!!
Not sure where I turn to next if I cant get through to anyone, other than social media....?
Does anyone have any suggestions please.....
