Does anyone know whether BT change/set the username and password for the ATA adapters when they commission them remotely?
We have a unit which was bought on eBay and setup/commissioned by BT but won't accept the default login details.
If I did change them, I certainly can't remember what they are as I forgot to write them down!
Turns out BT do in fact change the login details - even though they tell you otherwise.
Did a factory reset on the ATA, changed the default password for the admin account (all while no dial tone on the connected phone).
Once the dial tone returned, the user name and password no longer worked.
I want to log in to the adapter to utilise a second VoIP service on the second line, but this is preventing me from doing so.
