after many years of non stop issues we were finally sold another dream of the perfect system for us!! Nonsense. We are currently in the middle of a complaint/dispute as we are not receiving the service that we should be and although up to the point of selling us the new and improved system we had a lot of input, we now cant get hold of anyone that is able to help. For a communications company i have found your communication shocking and would like someone that is able to support to contact me!!

FWIW @jaime1977 you have my complete sympathy, this forced switchover to Cloud Voice has been a nightmare for me too. It's taken me 6 weeks until today to get incoming calls sorted. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
