Hi guys, I'm unsuccessfully trying to figure out how to do following:
I have a smartwatch that is connected to the phone. Whenever it is connected I want to have the phone on silent (DND) as all the notifications are forwarded to the watch. When the watch is disconnected the DND should be turned off a notification volume increased.
I implemented it as a profile with "BT Connected" trigger. It works all right, so when the watch goes in and out of range the DND status swiches accordingly.
But the problem is when my phone restarts while the watch is in range, it connects to the phone before Tasker starts so the event is not captured and the Profile is not activated.
I tried to solve it with a separate profile that is triggered on "Phone boot" which should activate if the watch is connected:
Bluetooth Info (filter on single device via Name)
Profile Status: Name: (name of the watch profile) -> ON, when %bt_connected ~ true
But this does not trigger the Profile. What am I doing wrong? Is there a different way to switch the Profile?
