How to access Cloud Phone contacts from Yealink handset (W60B base)?

Only options on handset are 'Local Directory' and LDAP. Local directory is fine but there is no integration with Cloud Phone Contacts. LDAP appears to be configured in base web UI but is not linked to Cloud Phone contacts database. Any help appreciated.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you want to access the contacts in the Phonebook from the handset on your online portal instead? Have you spoken to the Cloud Phone technical help desk for this?

Yes that's correct. I have an ongoing support ticket, but so far the only solution is a one way import to the deskphone, which isn't quite what's needed.
